Our mission in BKids Early Childhood at Bethel Assembly Elmhurst is to plant seeds of faith, helping the Gospel of Jesus Christ take root deeply in the hearts of our children. We create a safe, loving, and joyful environment where kids are introduced to worship, prayer, and God’s Word in ways they can understand and enjoy. Our goal is to build a strong foundation of faith that will grow and thrive throughout their lives.

On Sunday mornings, our Pre-K and Kindergarten kids experience fun worship, simple Bible stories, prayer, and hands-on activities designed to help them begin understanding God’s love and truth

JOIN US in bkids 1st-5th grade!

The mission of BKids 1st-5th at Bethel Assembly Elmhurst is to empower the next generation of victorious children through Christ and the truth of His Word. On Sunday mornings, kids experience fun worship, engaging Bible lessons, prayer, and hands-on activities like crafts and games—all designed to help them grow in their understanding of God’s Word and develop a strong foundation of faith.

AWANA CLUB EVERY TUESDAY NIGHT AT 7PM!

Awana kicks off every Tuesday at 7pm at Bethel Assembly Elmhurst for kids in grades K–5, and it’s packed with fun, friendship, and faith-building moments.

Kids can look forward to an action-packed evening connecting with friends, enjoying exciting games, taking on fun challenges, and experiencing creative theme nights—all while learning about God’s Word in an engaging and meaningful way.

It’s a place where kids can grow in faith, build friendships, and have a ton of fun doing it!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • When you arrive at the BKids ECM or BKids 1-5 area, a friendly volunteer will greet you and assist with check-in using an iPad. For first-time visitors, you'll create an account with your child's basic information and receive matching stickers for both you and your child. Parents must be present at check-in, and both the parent and child’s matching stickers are required for check-out to ensure your child's safety.

  • Absolutely! All of our volunteers and staff are carefully screened and background-checked to ensure the safety and well-being of your child.

  • If your child has an urgent need at any point during the service, we will display their number, found on the matching sticker you received at check-in, on the screen in the upper right-hand corner of the sanctuary. If you don't see the number, an usher will likely come to notify you and escort you to your child's classroom.

  • Everyone (1st-5th) is welcome to join! You can sign your child up for Awana Club through our Church Center App. There is a small registration fee that covers the cost of their book and supplies, but please don’t let that stop you from signing up your child! If cost is an issue, we are happy to work with you on that.

  • Baby dedications are for children ages newborn to 14 months and are held quarterly during a Sunday service. We kindly ask that you visit our Church Center app to fill out the dedication application, and we will reach out to you with more information!
